and calibration package (Beaver). The company also offers a field service
package (Otter) and an action management system (AMS) used for auditing and
processing all incoming and outgoing communications. It can link with both
Fax and the Internet to automatically process orders or provide status
notification to customers. AMS includes automatic support for ISO 9000 quality
procedures and includes a help desk and call logging capability. Customers may
access the system remotely to process new job requests or to check the status
of existing jobs.

office' and reducing unnecessary administrative effort. Considerable
effort has been made to make quotation and contract processing as easy as
possible and all related documents are user definable by customer, product and
service provided. A documentation management package allows the capture of
faxes, correspondence, job status, result sheets, documentation to be
scanned into and stored on the system. This then can optionally be published
onto a local web-server for your customers access via the Internet. The
customer base comprises both 'blue-chip' companies and SMEs from a mix of
calibration houses, manufacturers and 3rd and 4th party repairers.
